MAIDENLANE”S REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
You are protected every time you make a purchase on Maidenlane”s website.
We will give you a full refund if your item never ships or doesn’t match the listing description. Otherwise, all sales are final.
You have three (3) days after delivery to inform us if the item was misrepresented by reporting the problem via email provided in the contact us section of our website with supporting photos or any other requested proof or documentation. If we verify your claim, we will send you a shipping label to return the order and we’ll refund your payment once the item is received by Maidenlane. All items must be shipped back within 48 hours after you receive the shipping label to be eligible for a refund. All mailings will be monitored with a tracking number.
What Is Covered
If any of the following pertains to your order, you must report it to us immediately via the contact us section of our website.
- Undisclosed damage
- Incorrect or missing item
- Item not as described
- Item is not authentic (This requires proof, not assumption)
If no claim is made within three (3) days after delivery, all sales are final and no refund will be provided.
What Is Not Covered
- Item does not fit or you’ve changed your mind
If the item is just not your style or does not fit you, we unfortunately can not accept a return.
- Any other reasons not listed above in the “Covered” section.
